Cynthia’s Chinese Restaurant is a family-friendly restaurant that serves those who love and appreciate good-quality Chinese cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere. We have been serving the Newmarket area since 1993-this is when we opened our first restaurant. Our second restaurant was opened in 1998 in Thornhill followed by our Oakville location in 2009.
Cynthia’s Paradise opened in 2014 in Newmarket and specializes in Asian cuisine offering an all you can eat menu. It is located in the same plaza as Cynthia’s Chinese.

About Us

When you visit Cynthia's Chinese Restaurant, it will seem like the time when emperors of the famed Forbidden City would hold great banquets. Our decor is almost like the silken splendour of the Imperial courts where we have recreated the luxury and taste of the most celebrated age of China. From the moment you walk into our restaurant, you are greeted at the door by our staff dressed in traditional, imperial robes.
